Thank you for your feedback! My washi tapes are a standard size for washi & being a collector myself the vast majority are this size - cute & dinky! I completely understand that postage is pricier than any of us would like, it’s becoming increasingly difficult for small businesses to keep up with the ever increasing costs of postage prices & packaging supplies. I can see that you paid £3.50 for postage & £2.70 of that went on the actual stamp; the rest will have covered the price of the box & packaging, labels & tape. I provide tracked shipping which is slightly more expensive but this helps to protect both myself & my customers. Etsy also have very high selling fees & I don’t charge extra for handling. I’m really sorry this put a dampener on your experience 💕

We cannot be held responsible for any extra charges which may occur within customs and taxes when shipping internationally.
Shipping
Orders should arrive with you within 1-2 working days but parcels aren't considered 'lost' by Royal Mail until the 10th working day has passed.
If this is the case, please give us a nudge and we will do our best to solve any problems. If you prefer 'Signed For' delivery, please do let us know and we can arrange that for you.
For international orders, we send via standard post which should arrive within a few working days. Please get in touch if you would like to knock down to the cheaper economy postage charge and we will look into this for you, however please be advised this could take your order over a month to reach you. Orders placed outside of the UK will not be provided with a tracked delivery unless requested before ordering as we have to charge extra for this.
